Arrr! It Be Talk Like a Pirate Day! Yo ho!

My pirate name is:

Mad Jenny Bonney

Every pirate is a little bit crazy. You, though, are more than just a little bit. You can be a little bit unpredictable, but a pirate's life is far from full of certainties, so that fits in pretty well. Arr!

I still can't believe that John and I have been married for 10 years! To celebrate, we went to Red Lobster for dinner and The Melting Pot for dessert.

I spent most of today getting John's new videophone to work and hooking up our new wifi printer. Hopefully I will be able to scan in some pics from our wedding day to post tomorrow!

Here's to 10 more years of wedded bliss!

One word makes huge difference...

John received a text message from his friend, DJ, last night. Here is what it said:

"If you would like me to eat you and Kelly at a restaurant on Saturday night, that's fine."

Ummm....we are assuming that DJ is NOT a cannibal and will not actually try to EAT US! I guess in his texting haste he missed the word WITH and meant to say: If you would like me to eat WITH you and Kelly.

Ahhh! Look Out for the Fake Robot Dinosaurs!

On Saturday, John and I went to MOSI for the Dinosaurs Alive! Exhibit. We got in with the group rate of $10 (it was an interpreted event sponsored by the USF ASL Club) and boy was I happy we didn't have to pay full price. I was very disappointed with the quality of the animatronics and the small size of the display. Below are pictures (and yes I took a picture of every big dinosaur)...you can tell from the photos how dark it was inside...almost like they were trying to compensate for how fake everything looked!
